Breathing to BLISS or PRANIC BREATHING is controlled and regular breathing, where we extract a greater supply of vital LIFE FORCE energy and store it in our body. The solar plexus is the store house in our body. Nose breathing brings strength and vitality.

In rhythmic breathing, the whole body catches the VIBRATION and life force energy is taken by the nervous system to store in the solar plexus. This can then be sent to every cell, atom, organ, muscle, nerve and blood vessel.

Through breathwork, we aim to experience BLISS.

I use various modalities to assist you in cutting and breaking ties from toxic or unwanted events, relationships or spaces and locations. 

The cord cutting experience is refreshingly therapeutic, uplifting and freeing. There is no need at all to re-experience any pain, it is a joyful experience.

I offer a variety of courses and am flexible on times and course content.

This course will teach you how to innately and intuitively “tap into” what is often referred to as prana, life force, chi, vital energy or breath of life. It is a course for learning how to HEAL self and others.

It is not the Reiki or Pranic Healing systems with initiations and certificates; however, Jan has passed high levels in both of these and many other modalities.

The course does utilise some of these systems but essentially utilises one's OWN INTUITION rather than using someone else's system. 

The course will empower you to use "Love and Light" to heal using Chakra and Aura Balancing, Sound Therapy, Crystals to enhance healing, developing your own powerful Crystal Matrix, Cutting Energy Cords attached to people and use of a pendulum. 

It is about accessing your Divine essence and wisdom, to allow Wholeness, meaning healing.

This is healing with no strings attached and no prior experience necessary.

It is non-invasive and is both 'hands-on' the PHYSICAL body and' hands-off' working on the etheric seven energy bodies. Each session starts with a visualisation and focused thinking in the NOW moment. You and your clients will experience glowing radiance through and around yourself. It treats the whole person: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

It will facilitate relaxation, feelings of peace and well-being, spiritual growth and clarity. It moves stuck and negative energy. It enlivens, refreshes, energises and rejuvenates.

Ear candling is a gentle alternative to ear syringing and for most Ear and Sinus problems.

The candles are hollow, so the gentle warmth of the candle stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems thus aiding the body’s own auto immunity. The candles create a vacuum in the ear, drawing out old wax and infections.

This takes 35 Minutes and will also be highly relaxing.

Great for children or adults with blocked ears, glue ears, ear aches, ears effected by aeroplane travel, reducing tinnitus, and removing sand and other foreign bodies from the ear.

This healing is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.

Cost $50 includes the $10 candles and also involves an INTUITIVE ENERGY HEALING session during this 35 minutes. 

I use various modalities such as Reiki and Pranic Healing, IN CONJUNCTION WITH the powerfully effective R.E.S.E.T. 
(Jaw Muscle Energy Correction).

R.E.S.E.T. is for those who hold stress and strain in their jaw area. This is a tool to release and let go of the pain and strain held in your jaw.

The sessions includes an Intuitive Energy Healing as well and will help you reconnect to your own spiritual self and allow for profound healing on many levels including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

This is a profound experience in Jan's' BLUE ATLANTIS HEALING space' using high level programmed "Vogel Siberian Blue double pointed wand Crystals", "VOGEL Clear Quartz Crystal double pointed wand" and two "Tetrahedron Merkabah Crystals" (a rare Clear Quartz and a rare Shungite), and also two "Lemurian Quartz Crystals".
